5. Use of Google user data
We use the name, email address and profile photo received from Google only to create and identify your LettsCore account, sign you in and show your profile in the app. LettsCore's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:
- do not sell Google user data;
- do not use or transfer Google user data for advertising, including personalised or retargeted ads;

You can revoke LettsCore's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf: cloud hosting and storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics) and AI providers used to power product features and our help assistant. They may use data only to provide services to us.
- Blockchain networks: where you choose to tokenise or register content, related records (such as content hashes, wallet addresses and transaction data) are written to public blockchains. These records are public and generally cannot be changed or deleted.
- Other users or the public where you choose to publish or share content.
- Authorities or professional advisers where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where this happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (including the UK Addendum) to protect your data.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data while your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, including Google account data and uploaded content, within 90 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example, invoices and transaction records) to meet legal obligations. Data written to public blockchains at your request cannot be removed.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, least-privilege access for staff and regular security reviews to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and regulators of breaches as required by law.
10. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies are only set if you consent through our cookie banner, using Google Consent Mode. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the site footer.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.
